Transitions - Let the new unfold

Transitions are central in the biography of the individual, in professional development, in the everyday life of a company. We live in a social change that calls us today to participate, to help shape, and to actively achieve the goals that are close to our hearts: to make human dignity the measure of our actions and to help the environment to regenerate.  

The forum invites you to question the qualities of change and transition in different contexts and to extract answers to the questions associated with transitions in the personal, corporate and social context.

Herbert and Bettina Dreiseitl will be part of the segment under AG A1 workshop:
Handover - Family Dreiseitl with Herbert Dreiseitl and Bettina Dreiseitl-Wanschura
Mr. Dreiseitl looks back with his wife and business partner Bettina Dreiseitl-Wanschura on the handover of the international planning office "Atelier Dreiseitl" (today: Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl) that took place a few years ago and thus combines different perspectives on the process of handover, which is often central to the company and the founding personalities. What was successful and what was not? What helped in the situation and what hindered it? How was that for his wife?

The aim of the workshop is to work out central sticking points for a successful handover and specifically to ask how one can support oneself in a network such as the World Goetheanum Association in such situations, which are usually not used and rehearsed.
