As an expert in public and stakeholder involvement, she focuses on environmental issues, landscape and urban planning, and water-related topics, including water diplomacy. With two decades of experience in landscape planning and people engagement in decision-making processes, Bettina is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and urban standards. Her commitment is marked by a keen sensitivity to the genius loci and the unique cultural circumstances and traditions of each area.

Driven by a profound passion for local knowledge, she actively participates in public planning processes, aiming to inspire municipalities, stakeholders, and community engagement. Bettina's goal is to contribute to the thoughtful and culturally sensitive development of urban areas.

Throughout his journey, he has cultivated a heightened expertise in strategic landscape design and planning, as well as in art, cultural landscapes, and nature-based solutions. Fueled by a passion for fostering creative thinking, innovative ideas, a multidisciplinary approach, and the implementation of more cohesive solutions, he remains steadfast in his dedication to influencing the realms of landscape architecture and urban planning.

Ray is actively engaged in BRUN, an independent initiative dedicated to minimizing food waste. Through this effort, surplus bread is gathered from bakeries and redistributed to lower-income families in Singapore, aiming to tackle both social and environmental challenges.

Anna Fath

With an instinctive connection to nature's rhythms cultivated during her upbringing on a farm, agriculture courses through Anna's veins. Driven by a passion for creativity, she forged a path into the realm of graphic design. Yet, her roots beckoned, leading her back to the agricultural sphere through academic pursuits at Weihenstephan and the University of Hohenheim.

Today she’s armed with the knowledge and skills needed in the science of agriculture, scientific inquiry, and sustainable food systems. Anna fearlessly delves into practical farming and believes in making a tangible difference in the way society approaches agriculture. Recognizing communication as pivotal, she embraces both verbal and visual mediums, understanding their capacity to foster relationships, bridge divides, and champion transformative change.

With a grounded approach guiding each endeavor, her vision, simple yet profound, centers on climate-smart agriculture and the cultivation of sustainable food systems, driving her unwavering commitment to progress.
