Commonpeople was fortunate enough to speak with artist and landscape architect Herbert Dreiseitl, founder of Atelier Dreiseitl. He believes that growth can only be attained when synthesis of design, technology, cultural understanding and art are consciously amalgamated in society. An abbreviation for "Active, Beautiful and Clean", the ABC programme was launched by the PUB in 2006 to "improve the quality of water and life by harnessing the full potential of our waterbodies."
